The Menu
Dosa a freshly made, soft rice and lentil batter
fermented crêpe, filled with masala spiced potatoes, sautéed onions and green
peas
served with
- Sambar a flavourful lentil, vegetable and tamarind dipping soup
- Coconut Chutney ground coconut with curry leaves & mustard seed
- Gunpowder a chutney of ground roasted lentils & smoky spice
and for dessert…
Ellayappam a rare Kerala treat - coconut sweetened with jaggery (traditional,
unrefined cane sugar), cashews & cardamom in a thin rice wrap, steamed in a
banana leaf
Accompanied w/ choice of tea, coffee, or pineapple juice
(feel free to bring your own wine or beer)
Suggested donation for dosa, dessert and hot beverage: £8
