A freshly made, soft rice and lentil batter fermented
crêpe,
filled with masala spiced potatoes, sautéed onions and green peas served with
Sambar: a
flavourful lentil, vegetable and tamarind dipping soup

Goddess Chutney: mint, coriander & lime chutney
Gunpowder:
chutney of ground roasted lentils & smoky spice
